MARC Coalition Hosts Webinar to Discuss the CMS ORM program

November 17, 2025 (Washington, DC) – The MARC Coalition today hosted a webinar about the CMS ORM program at 1:00pm ET. Presenters included David Farber, Partner at King and Spalding and Brian MacAllister, Senior Medicare Unit Manager – Managed Solutions at Liberty Mutual.

Approximately 60 people attended the public webinar, including MARC members and industry stakeholders.

“Webinars are a great way for industry stakeholders to hear from MARC, the national coalition advocating for the improvement of MSP programs. This was a great presentation about a topic not only important to all of us in the industry, but also to Medicare beneficiaries across the country,” said Marty Cassavoy, Senior Vice President of MSP Compliance and Business Development at ExamWorks Compliance Solutions and Chair of MARC.

MARC plans continue hosting webinars on other topics of interest to the MSP stakeholder community in the future. The Coalition encourages other industry stakeholders to join future conversations and discuss emerging issues affecting the MSP community.
